TERMS OF SERVICE
1. General
These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of goods from Brikkehuset.no. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms.

The buyer is the person placing the order.
2. Prices
All prices are displayed in Norwegian kroner (NOK).
We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors.
3. Payment
We offer payment through available payment methods such as Vipps, Klarna, credit/debit cards, and other payment options presented at checkout.
If Klarna is selected as the payment method, the invoice will be created only when the item is shipped.
Brikkehuset.no may require payment for the goods from the time the goods are dispatched from Brikkehuset.no to the buyer. If the buyer uses a credit card or debit card for payment, Brikkehuset.no may reserve the purchase amount on the card when the order is placed. The card will be charged on the same day the goods are shipped.
4. Delivery
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and destination.
5. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

6. Complaints
In the event of defects or non-conformities, complaints are handled in accordance with the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act.
Complaints should be reported within a reasonable time after the defect has been discovered.

7. Reservations
We reserve the right for:
- Out-of-stock items
- Inventory errors
- Typographical errors
- Pricing errors
- Technical errors
8. Disputes
Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If this is not possible, the matter may be brought before the Norwegian Consumer Authority or the Norwegian courts.
