Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your order.

Returns

Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.

Unless otherwise agreed, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days after we have received the returned item.

Exceptions

Opened or used products cannot be returned.

Custom part orders are considered personalized items and cannot be returned.

Please allow up to 14 days for us to receive and process your return.

You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.

Unclaimed Packages

Failing to collect a package or refusing delivery does not constitute exercising the right of withdrawal.

Unclaimed packages returned to us are subject to a handling fee of NOK 300.
