The right of withdrawal is 14 days from when you received the package.
Return the items in the same condition as you received them.
Items must be undamaged, unused, and with seals intact.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to orders of loose Lego parts. This is considered a custom order and therefore cannot be returned.

Refund
It can take up to 14 days for us to receive and process the return.
You will receive an email from us as confirmation once we have processed the return.
Uncollected package
If you choose not to collect your package or refuse to receive it, this is not the same as exercising your right of withdrawal.
We charge 300 NOK for uncollected packages that are returned to us.
